Earlier this year, a helpless puppy with no food, no bed and no protection was found in a tree on a farm in central Georgia.
He was abandoned outdoors and endured severe weather for 4 years. He was exposed to the weather (sun and rain) and was hungry and thirsty. His appearance is sad, he only weighs 11kg and for his race (Pit Bull) he must be at least 20kg and he has injuries on his body.
After receiving an anonymous complaint, local rescue team Cordele Animal Shelter went to find the dog, and after finding the dog, they shared the story with the public on social media along with some heartbreaking images.
“This poor animal really needs a new home where he can find his long lost love. This helpless puppy desperately needs a new home where he is well cared for.” A rescuer from Cordele Animal Shelter said.
It wasn’t easy for a puppy, you know the puppy was called “cocaine”, but after being rescued, the puppy quickly found another home where he was recovering. The puppy is now called Hero, in honor of his courage and strength.
In its new home, this puppy has changed a lot thanks to his new owner who, unlike his first owner, has given the pup a lot of love and affection.
The adoptive mother provided an update on the social network: “He was great; I gave him a small dinner and put the bed in his kennel; he walked in and settled himself; it had night lights and a radio. “
