This story tells the story of a homeless dog who was hit by a vehicle while looking for food. He was able to lay in an old abandoned house because he has no one to care after him.
The poor dog cried for help for about 5 days, but no one heard him! Thankfully, his cries were heard by a caring individual who immediately dispatched a local rescuer to the house.
Regrettably, the rescuer decided to take the dog into his care in the hopes that he would do the right thing. The rescuer was taken aback because the dog had gone so long without food or water, and he was in excruciating pain.
When the man was loaded into the vehicle, however, the dog smiled and looked up at him! He was obviously aware that the man was there to assist him. The dog was taken to the vet right away, where it was discovered that he had significant nerve damage and that no one knew if he would ever walk again.
Blood parasites were also discovered in his system, but they were easily treated. As a result, they decided to give him physical therapy in order for him to regain his ability to walk.
He was, however, completely obedient to the rescuers and the veterinarian’s staff. Physical therapy is also something he enjoys. Fortunately, he is improving every day and will soon be able to walk again, as he is surrounded by all of the water and food he requires, as well as excellent medical care and friendly people.
Because he is so courageous, the vets are confident that he will walk again. Wow, what a change!
