Richard, a dog, was stranded in a shelter with no way out. His legs were twisted, and he spent the rest of his life crawling and dragging himself over rocks.

Viktor Larkhill, on the other hand, was not about to let that happen. He knew he had to get Richard out of the shelter and get him some help as soon as he saw him there.
They took him to the vet for x-rays and a CT scan so that they could figure out the best way to fix Richard’s legs.
Despite his sadness, Richard had complete faith in the hospital staff and allowed them to do whatever they needed to help him.
Incredible surgeons determined that Richard was a candidate for surgery, despite the fact that it would be extremely difficult. His leg was straightened and a metal plate was implanted.
Richard was already walking upright for the first time in his life after surgery! Today, Richard is not only walking, but he is also running like any other dog!
He’s even found a forever home with a loving family and a new canine sibling with whom he can run and play.
